VISUAL 3-D Model Neuroplasticity Drill

This special program combines VISUAL, AUDITORY, and FEEL based elements into every drill which forces your brain to learn 3-10X FASTER than conventional instruction!

Do you struggle with:

Jumping from swing tip to swing tip, never settling on what works?

Back, shoulder, hip stiffness?

Do you have golf related pain?

Limited hip & shoulder turn?

Loss of confidence?

Loss of Distance?

Restricted movement due to age, post-surgery or injury?

Always tinkering with your swing, trying to figure “it” out?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, Alison’s Vintage Mind-2-Motion Golf is for you.

You’ll learn the laws of “body” mechanics versus the ever-changing theories of “swing” mechanics. Swing mechanics are based on personal preference and opinion, while body mechanics is based on musculoskeletal absolutes. Body mechanics is a cutting-edge alternative to traditional golf instruction and you don’t want to miss it.

  • Simplify your golf swing by learning the laws that govern body mechanics (what you can & can’t do physically)
  • Maximize injury prevention, reduce or eliminate common aches and pains
  • Increase confidence by building a swing based on body mechanics vs. opinions and theory
  • Learn which Tour Pro swing positions can be problematic for the amateur golfer
  • Dramatically minimize swing thoughts
  • Learn new set up principles that increase distance, improve club path & are spine-friendly
  •  Learn how to perfect your takeaway with a simple 2” move

About your Instructor

Over the last 15 years, Alison has become an expert in developing Neuroplasticity Training Techniques for improving swing mechanics. She has created special at-home drills, that force your brain to learn faster by combining VISUAL, AUDITORY, and FEEL based cues into every drill.

Alison Thietjie

Alison Thietjie is the founder of 'The Anatomical Absolutes' in the golf swing. She is a Neuroplastician (having developed specific drills which 'trick' the brain and decrease the time it takes to re learn a new motor pattern). Alison was Golf Digest's First Fitness Advisor (having managed the first PT Company to travel with The PGA Tour in 1996).

“I’ve always been blessed with flexibility and strength, so I know their importance in creating a solid golf swing. Alison’s approach to training, if done on a regular basis, will undoubtedly improve any golfer’s ability to swing the club with more power and in better balance.”

Tom Watson,Sr. PGA Tour

“Alison Thietje was my personal trainer from 1999-2003. During that time I learned how my body responds in the golf swing. Alison has spent years researching the body mechanics of the golf swing and how that relates to physical fitness. Her knowledge and attitude combined to make training effective and beneficial , to both your game and your life. I have yet to miss one PGA Tour event due to injury. Alison’s approach to golf fitness will help any golfer to improve their game.”

Justin Leonard, PGA Tour

As a professional golfer, being in good “golf” shape while remaining injury free are key for competing with confidence. TAG (Total Approach Golf) and Alison Thietje are dedicated to doing just that and the results show. I’m in the best shape of my life, I feel terrific and most importantly, I remain injury free. Thanks TAG for all your help.

Stewart Cink, PGA Tour

I’ve always been a big fan of fitness and exercise. Training with Alison Thietje has been much more than a good workout, it’s been a learning experience. Her practical skills, technique and knowledge of proper alignment are top notch in her respective industry. Any golfer who wants to remain injury free, learn proper technique and body alignment principles will undoubtedly benefit from working with her.
